Hand painted galactic wooden box

Hand painted up-cycled wooden galactic trinket box, crystal storage or fairy light holder. 
 
I stumbled upon this gorgeous wooden box in my local town. It is a charming sturdy box with a beautiful pattern carved out of the lid. 
 
I have hand painted this box with many layers of acrylic paint that build up to create a galactic image. Glitter has been added for sparkle and it has been varnished for extra protection. The inside of the box bottom has not been touched.
